The highest possible bandwidth that currently exists according to the HDMI 2.0 specification is no longer limited to short range copper HDMI cables.

HDCP 2.2 COMPLIANT

The latest 4K UHD content arriving via satellite, cable, disc or stream is all heavily encrypted. Being part of the H2 product family, these advanced matrix switches support the multi-point distribution of this content over HDBaseT.

DE-EMBEDDED AUDIO

With audio functionality to match its video capability, the 8x8 MXV-70 has the ability to extract audio signals from either source devices or from the output, following the zone. Having S/PDIF connectivity means having the flexibility to send multi-channel 5.1 audio to local AVR's or downmix to stereo using the EXP-CON-DAC-D.

A/V MUTE FUNCTION

Certain applications in the residential, education and commercial markets don’t always require a source to be routed through to an output. The MXV 4x8 makes it possible to “mute” the video output as well as the audio, meaning that the HDMI signals to the zones can be independently switched off via the API.
